We are located three blocks from Palisades Park featuring a grassy bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean with iconic cliff-side benches for nightly sunset viewing, quick access to surf, sand, and boardwalk. Join NamiSteveYoga four mornings a week on the bluff, then walk the shore or boardwalk, or home through our quaint neighborhood. 

Enjoy a fabulous restaurant,  juice  bar, 7-11, coffee shops, Mr Frosty's, TraderJoes/Sprouts/Gelsons/Vons/Ralphs/Barons, Tuesday Farmers Market, gym, yoga studio, bank, post office, public library, auto repair, church, San Diego Bay, Mission Bay Park, Kate Sessions Park, thrift shop,  self service car wash - all within walking or biking distance.

Our homes share a central gated courtyard with patio and professionally managed landscaping. Each has off-street parking, heat and air conditioning,  private patio or deck, and a commercial grade  security mailbox. We are a nonsmoking private community with a total of 6 residents.
